Glow Project uses a therapeutic-informed, relationship-based approach to support emotional wellbeing, confidence and regulation.
Sessions are delivered in small groups or 1:1, providing a calm, supportive environment where young people feel safe, understood and able to engage in learning.
Where appropriate, families can access optional therapy sessions delivered by a qualified therapist.
These sessions are separate from Glow Project's core provision and require parents consent.
Therapy sessions are offered as an additional service.
Sessions may be accessed privately or through EHCP/Local Authority funding where appropriate.

Therapy may be accessed through an (EHCP) where emotional wellbeing, mental health or therapeutic support has been identified as part of a young person's provision.
Sessions are delivered on a 1:1 basis by a qualified psychodynamic therapist and are tailored to each young person's needs and EHCP outcomes.
Therapy focuses on helping learners understand emotions, build self esteem, develop emotional regulation and strengthen coping strategies that support engagement with education and daily life.
EHCP -Where agreed, therapy support may include :
EHCP therapy is provided as a separate service from Glow Project's Alternative Provision and is subject to Local Authority agreement, parental consent and individual assessment.
Pricing for EHCP funded therapy is agreed directly with the Local Authority and reflects the additional clinical input, planning, safeguarding, and reporting required.
